By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.

Prices

IKOP Automation, Inc. has worked very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information on our Web site.

However, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this web site. We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes that come to pass without notice, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.

Payment

IKOP Automation, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to sell to any dealers.
We are pleased to offer qualified dealers an appropriate line of credit after credit approval.
We offer other methods of payment as follows:

1. NET 30 Days:  Upon credit approval, terms are Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.

2. Credit card: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Epress) or wire transfer.
2% credit card processing fee (Visa, MasterCard), 3% credit card processing fee(American Express)
will be applied all orders.

Insurance

For shipping Insurance, all products purchased from us are automatically insured regardless of amount.
For your protection, shipping cost includes insurance fee already.

Warranty

Samsung Products
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the IKOP Automation, Inc. or manufacturer
in accordance with manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Ricoh Products
Distribution Model (Black/White copier up to 20 cpm and all fax models)
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the IKOP Automation, Inc.
Dealer Models (All color copier models and  from 21 cpm copier or highier speed models)
IKOP Automation, Inc. do not offer any technical support for dealer models.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided by IKOP Automation, Inc. on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
In no event shall IKOP Automation, Inc. be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform.
We do not make representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
IKOP Automation, Inc. shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of any kind due to your use of software and/or any other product purchased from IKOP Automation, Inc..

Returns

Product returns are subject to manufacturer restrictions and restock fees.
Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the IKOP Automation, Inc. Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from IKOP Automation, Inc. before return any products.
All unauthorized products returned without IKOP Automation, Inc. RMA # will be refused.

Errors and Omissions

IKOP Automation, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Furthermore, IKOP Automation, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged and order cancelled,
IKOP Automation, Inc. will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Claims

If Customer makes any claims against IKOP Automation, Inc., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims
will be in the County of Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA, USA.

Customer Credit Card Charges

If necessary, Customer authorizes IKOP Automation, Inc. to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking,
Overgood, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.

Shipping:

IKOP Automation, Inc. ships all products from its California Warehouse.
All products are handed to carriers with care and we make sure that it sets out to the right person at the right address.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Deadline for orders are as follows:
U.P.S.:  3:00 p.m. PST
U.S.P.S.:  4:00 p.m. PST (normally ship next day)
Palletized Order: 1:00 p.m. PST

Arizona, California, Nevada customer : All orders received before 3:00 pm
We have special contract with carrier, most of customer will received order within next day without extra cost.
(Some restrictions may apply)

Oregon, Utah, Washington customer: All orders received before 3:00 pm
We have special contract with carrier, most of customer will received order within two days without extra cost.
(Some restrictions may apply)

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO, only to confirmed addresses.

Shipment may take up to 1-7 business days to arrive if delivery on ground.
But if you wish to expedite the delivery, give us a call at toll free number 1-888-944-7670 and we will be glad to assist you.

We ship Blind-Drop ship to your customer without extra charge.
Blind-Drop ship order can requested by fax or email only.

Standard Return Policy:

Return and Placement

Unopened Packages Return Policy:

Once the customer receives the package, there is 10 days from the invoice date to return the product for a refund.
IKOP Automation, Inc. will only accept the product for a refund if the original seal has not been broken.

Once the customer has opened the package, IKOP Automation, Inc. cannot accept a return unless the product is defective,
which case a replacement will be sent.

Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
To request a return, customers must send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to IKOP Automation, Inc.
either by mail, fax, or email.  The form can be found at IKOP Return Authorization Form.

Replacements

All defective hardware will be replaced by IKOP Automation, Inc.
The customer must contact IKOP Automation, Inc. within 10 days of the invoice date to request a replacement product.
The customer must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and after the technician has reviewed the RMA form and the defective hardware, the customer will receive a phone call/email explaining the results.
If the product has been deemed defective, IKOP Automation, Inc. will ship a replacement within the next business day.

Discontinued Sale Item Return Policy

We have reduced the price on discontinued items,
as they cannot be returned to the IKOP Automation, Inc. and manufacturer.

Special Order, Parts and Accessories Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Special Order Items, Parts Items and Accessories Items.
They cannot be returned to the IKOP Automation, Inc.

Defective Consumable Item Return Policy

Defective Consumable Item Credit Only Return Policy

Return for refund within: 30 days
This is our Consumable Item Credit Only Return Policy.
Items covered by this policy (those products for which IKOP Automation, Inc. states ”This item may be returned for a Credit within 30 days only”) must be returned to IKOP Automation, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.  Return constitutes receipt of the product by IKOP Automation, Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to IKOP Automation, Inc. being returned to you:

Products not sold by IKOP Automation, Inc.
“No problem found” items

Open Box Item Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on these open box items.
These are brand new products that have been returned from our customers. They have been inspected by a
IKOP Automation, Inc. technician and are in complete working order with all accessories.
We have reduced the price on these items, as they cannot be returned to the IKOP Automation, Inc.

IKOP Refurbished Item Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on these specially reduced items.
Refurbished items are inspected by IKOP Automation, Inc. technician and fully working condition.
